Cosmetic Services
Botox®
Botox® cosmetic is the most frequently requested rejuvenation procedure in the United States. Botox® relaxes the muscles under the skin that cause facial wrinkles. It is approved to treat the furrows between the brows and can be used to improve the fine lines around the mouth and neck.
Dysport®
Dysport® is a purified formulation shown to reduce moderate to severe frown lines with minimal treatment in areas around the brow line. It is used to reduce the muscle activity that causes wrinkles while still allowing natural facial expressions.
Restylane®
Restylane® is a dermal filler used to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. The common areas that Restylane® is used on are areas around the nose and mouth. Restylane® works immediately by replacing lost volume in the skin, which in turn, reduces wrinkles.
Perlane®
Perlane® is an injectable filler used to treat deep facial lines, augment the lips and contour the cheeks and chin. Perlane® contains purified hyaluronic acid, a sugar found naturally in the body, which works with collagen to keep the skin smooth and supple. With its unique ability to bind with water, Perlane® continues to perform up to 60% longer than collagen.
Juvederm®
Juvederm® is another option for patients who are seeking wrinkle treatment in and around the nose and mouth. The treatment of Juvederm® injectable gel replaces lost volume in the skin and creates volume that reduces wrinkles.Chemical Peels
By exfoliating the outer layers of the epidermis, chemical peels can reduce fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring and sun damage, while unclogging pores and stimulating cell growth. The Blu-U™ is a special light that destroys mild to moderate acne bacteria in the skin. Patients are encouraged to make 15 minute treatments once a week for 5 weeks to see optimal results. The procedure is pain-free.

Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a specialized clinical skin care procedure performed by an aesthetic clinician or physician utilizing a surgical blade to remove the outermost, accumulated layer of dead skin cells of the epidermis. Dermaplaning provides a more significant topical exfoliation with the incorporation of stronger acids and a cryotherapy technique that intensifies the dehydration process of the stratum corneum for a deeper peeling effect.
Latisse®
Latisse® is a prescription treatment that enhances the growth of eyelashes in patients who either do not have enough eyelashes or who would like to see their eyelashes become longer, thicker and darker.
Laser Treatments
Aramis Laser
The Aramis 1520 is a non-ablative laser that is safe to use for all skin types with a variety of different conditions. Aramis can be used to correct fine lines, acne scars, sun damage and skin texture.
Palomar Lux 1540 Fractional Non-Ablative Laser
The Lux 1540 fractional non-ablative skin resurfacing offers superior results with little to no downtime. The Lux 1540 fractional micro beams penetrate deep into the epidermis and dermis, stimulating fibroblast to create more collagen. The fractional non-ablative approach provides significant improvement of fine lines, loss of firmness, acne scarring, pigmentation, uneven texture and stretch marks.
Palomar Lux 2940 Fractional Ablative Laser
The Lux 2940 ablative resurfacing laser is a single treatment procedure that is used to resurface skin and improve fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage. The treatment uses a powerful laser that creates tiny microscopic columns that correct damaged and unsightly areas of the skin. The end result is a smooth finish and improved skin texture.
ISOLAZ (Photopneumatic Therapy)
Dual modalities of vacuum and light used simultaneously cleanse the pores of debris. In addition to reducing the velous hairs, the Isolaz therapy kills the bacteria that cause acne. The Isolaz deep-pore purification therapy also helps to jump-start acne treatments by increasing the absorption of topical medications.
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Hair Removal
Palomar Pulsed Light Systems offers a lasting solution for unwanted hair. Light is emitted from the Palomar hand piece and absorbed by pigment in the hair follicle and converted to heat. The hair shaft is then loosened and the cells responsible for new hair growth are disabled. (Gray and blond hair will not have long-lasting results.)
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Photo Facial
Intense Pulsed Light Photo Facial is a non-invasive light rejuvenation treatment that is used to reduce sun damage, redness, broken capillaries, age spots and fine lines. IPL photo facials can also be used with topical medications such as Levulan® (ALA) for a more dramatic resurfacing finish.
Palomar 1064 Nd: YAG Leg Vein Treatment
Palomar 1064 YAG offers excellent clearance of spider veins on the face and legs. Light pulses heat the blood within the veins causing the vessels to constrict and eventually fade from view.
